1. Basic Support: Digilopment India provides 30 days of basic support following the deployment of software products and websites. This support includes assistance with resolving any issues or bugs encountered during the initial use of the product.
   
   
2. Returns Policy: We promise up to 100% returns on our services; however, returns are not fulfilled on the cost incurred in running the service. This means that while we strive to achieve satisfactory outcomes for our clients, we cannot refund money already spent, such as advertising costs if the outcome of the ads is not as expected.
   
   
3. Data Handling: Digilopment India respects the privacy and security of our clients’ data. We commit to deleting sensitive information as soon as our project is completed. Clients are advised to retain a copy of any data they may need after the project completion, as we will securely delete all project-related data within 30 days of project delivery.
   
   
4. Intellectual Property Rights: Any intellectual property created or developed during the course of the project, including but not limited to software, websites, graphics, and digital marketing assets, shall belong to the client upon full payment of the agreed-upon fees.
   
   
5. Scope of Work: The scope of work for each project will be clearly defined and agreed upon by both parties before the commencement of work. Any changes or additions to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the project timeline and fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon by both parties in writing.
   
   
6. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project or as agreed upon in the contract.
   
   
7. Cancellation Policy: In the event of project cancellation by the client, any fees or costs incurred up to the point of cancellation will be billed to the client. Any deposits or payments made prior to cancellation may be non-refundable, depending on the stage of the project and the terms outlined in the contract.
   
   
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of the terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties may seek legal recourse as permitted by law.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India, and any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Roshanabad, Uttarakhand, India.
   
   
10. Updates to Terms: Digilopment India reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
